While we employ regular data management and backup protocols, it is your responsibility to keep copies of any critical data. MediaFusion Solutions is not liable for any loss or corruption of data unless specifically stated in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClippingTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the service in question.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Should you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund.

8. Refund and Returns Policy
